PRICING

How much does AtOne®  cost?

The price depends on the number of employees you have. Drop us an email or give us a call, and we’ll arrange a customised quote.

Are there certain features that AtOne®  charges extra for?

AtOne®  will do everything most companies need (and then some!). But we also offer a few add-on's you might find useful. We can walk you through them when we talk.

INTEGRATION

Can AtOne®  integrate with other systems?

We do our very best to integrate AtOne®  with our clients existing systems. If we don’t have a way for you to use your favorite software or app within AtOne® , we can look into building a custom integration for you. Set-up and implementation fees will vary.

Can I import the data from my current software?

We have a lot of experience migrating data into our software products...even Excel spreadsheets! Because data exposure varies quite a bit from software to software, we can't guarantee we'll get all of your old data out. But we’ll probably migrate most of it. We usually find a way to make your old software talk.

How does migration work?

Your Account Manager will tell you exactly what export files and API keys are needed and will then work with you to map your legacy data into AtOne®. From there, we’ll beam over as much data as possible.

ONBOARDING & SETUP

How do I learn how to use AtOne®?

We pride ourselves on offering the most comprehensive, hands-on training and support in the business. When you buy AtOne®, you'll be taken care of.

How long does it take to get up and running?

Most companies are using the system within six to twelve weeks. The exact time depends on the integration approach you choose, and how quickly your team or our team is able to upload your existing records. We recommend budgeting at least six weeks.

What training do you provide?

We start by doing a webinar with your admin team where we run through AtOne's® features and reports. We'll also show you how to upload documents, build training programs and configure your settings to fit your company’s needs.

While you’re doing this, we'll be working with the tech person on your team, guiding them through the process of launching your new, AtOne®. We’ll make sure you have all the training resources you need to teach the rest of your staff to use the system…. And you can always ring or email our friendly help desk between business hours if you forget how to use a function.

USER ACCESS

How does AtOne®  keep sensitive information private?

AtOne® knows how important it is to limit access to some employee information. Our permission system ensures everyone only sees the data they're supposed to. You’re in complete control of who gets to see what!

What are the different permission levels in AtOne®?

AtOne® provides individual passwords and multiple access levels, extending from full system administration to read only functionality.  Security levels can be implemented to align with your organisational structure and internal authorisation processes.

TRAINING & ELEARNING

Can I add my own training & assessment content?

Yes, there is a Training Course Builder included with the system to enable ease of input and upload of content.

Can I include images into AtOne® for training & assessment?

Yes, images can be easily uploaded via the Training Course image container.
